A small company with one product.

ED Applied Intelligence designs hardware and software in Munich. Pluronto is the first thing we're making, and we're taking the time to make it well.

Why Pluronto.

We wanted a personal assistant we'd trust with our own conversations. It had to be with us all the time, start in a moment, and answer to no one but the person who pressed the key. What we found was either awkward to carry or built around someone else's cloud.

So we started from the constraints: one physical key, no account, no servers holding your recordings, nothing we'd be uncomfortable explaining to the person across the table. Then we designed the hardware around them.

Pluronto is a word of our own, so it means only what we make it mean: what was said, kept for you and given back when you need it.

How we work.

  • Physical first.

A key you can feel is faster than an app you have to find.

  • Local by default.

Your recordings belong on devices you own. We'd rather not have them.

  • Proof before claims.

We say what's measured, mark what's a target and publish what's still open.

Where we are.

Status in November 2026. We'll update this list as things change.

  1. Done

    Industrial design

A two-part aluminium case, checked in CAD for fit and tolerances.

  2. Done

    Circuit boards

Main and USB-C boards designed, checked and manufactured.

  3. Done

    Firmware

Recording, storage and phone sync, written and tested on a computer. It hasn't run on hardware yet.

  4. In progress

    The Pluronto app

For iPhone, iPad and Mac. Transcription and on-device answers work, and it already runs on our own iPhone.

  5. In progress

    First prototypes

Being assembled now in Munich. Then we measure battery life, audio, call pickup, radio range and magnetic hold.

  6. Later

    Certification

CE marking and the EU radio and cybersecurity requirements, before any sale.

  7. Later

    Orders

    Europe and Türkiye, after certification.
